I can't make or receive calls

Why is this post marked as ‘Solved’?  The network problem continues - still unable to make or receive calls.

It's definitely not resolved. I can't even access my voicemail. Had several messages come through saying new voice message. People trying to get hold of me and can't. Worst network ever. Had so many problems

You all must askfor compensation when this is resolved. If you don't get one, complain to the Telecoms Ombudsman. That's the only way ID will take us (customers) serious.

Whole of London, I've travelled from east Croydon to Ponders End north London can't make or receive calls  past few hour's. Time now 6.43pm

Mine hasn't been sorted yet and it's really frustrating as I need my phone for work later .

Is anyone else still unable to make/ answer calls? I’ve tried restarting and other things but still not able to call. I’ve only just started my contract last week and haven’t been able to make a single call!

I am still not able to receive call make calls or listen to voicemail.   This happened most of Thursday 23 and Friday 24 am, and then same to day  This leaves people stranded, and not very good customer service, with no indication when it I’ll be back on

Hi Mary 

 

Look at you network connections and see if  Volte calls is enabled, this may help .  It did for me.
