Incoming and outgoing calls have stopped working

Hi everyone, I've been using the network since January, but lately my incoming and outgoing calls have stopped working. I can't even call ID support. The SIM card is active, the Internet is working. Can you help me figure out the problem?

I’m sorry to hear that, please could you give us more details as to what “stopped working” means?

 

Are you unable to begin a call?

 

Do they drop out mid-way through?

 

Is this is certain area(s) or all areas?

 

Is this with certain number(s) or all numbers?
