Incoming Calls

Hi 

I purchased an IPHONE 14 at christmas and due to the network issues over the past few days it has caused me some concern.

I can now make out going calls and the use of Data, but I can not get incoming calls. Anyone whom calls my number gets ‘ THE NUMBER YOU HAVE CALLED IS NOT RECOGNIZED’.

I have not been with ID Mobile that long but i need this rectified or i will send the phone back and cancel the contract as im not being provided with that what i am paying for.

Pleas help im on 4g, restarted phone, you name it ive probably done it.

If you’re still unable to make or receive calls, please try restarting your phone, or toggling Airplane Mode on and off.
