I just transferred from EE to ID mobile, gave my PAC number, new SIM is activated and yet when someone calls me it comes through on my old phone not my new one i got with the ID contract.
Messages are okay and i can call people but when they call me i get nothing on my new phone.
Does anyone have the answer?
I tried the live chat and they basically couldn't help. Having to go on community forums to fix such a basic thing. i'm so dissapointed in ID Mobile.
Help is appreciated.
+24Posting about the same issue multiple times won’t get you the help you need any quicker. In fact, it will probably end up causing confusion which will result in further delays. Anyway, see my reply here.
I have not posted the same issue multiple times. I posted this issue first then replied to another person who also had the same issue.

I’m sorry to hear this, is your old networks SIM still active?
When you call out to someone from your iD Mobile SIM card does the correct number show on their side?
Are you on an iPhone or Android?
