Incoming wi fi call goes straight to voicemail. Outgoing wi fi calls ok. Incoming carrier calls OK. Using Huawei P smart 2021 with latest s/w. Any help would be appreciated.

That sounds frustrating.
Have you checked your Wi-Fi network has a minimum of 2MB speed?
There are suggestions on how to check Wi-Fi speed in the following FAQ:

Yes, normally around 6Mb.

It’s possible there’s a problem with the iD SIM.
Are you able to try the SIM in another phone, which is supported for use with the iD Wi-Fi Calling service?
Can you also try putting your phone into Airplane Mode, but leave the Wi-Fi on? - iD Wi-Fi Calling service should still work in this mode.
Alternatively, you could try and solve this via the iD Live Chat service, which is manned by iD agents 9am to 6pm at weekends, 9am to 8pm weekdays. You might need to type in “talk to a person” to avoid the annoying 24/7 chat-bot.

I rechecked all settings on phone and then rebooted router while phone was in wi if call mode. Lo and behold incoming wi fi calls now working. Topic closed.
