Incorrect data plan after upgrade

I have recently upgraded my phone and plan and agreed unlimited data with the sales adviser.  Now my account is showing I only have 10MB of data which I’ve used.  What do I do now?  I can’t get hold of anyone to talk to about this.

What was the amount that you were offered?

It sounds like your allowances haven’t updated.

I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team to get this double checked.

Hi - I have the same issue. I was told unlimited data (on the phone) and that it would change from 5 to unlimited. I ordered this on Monday (am 14th July25) and it’s now the 18th and it still isn’t showing. It is the only reason why I signed up for this deal.
