Your bill cap will be unique per user, not all users have access to change a bill cap beyond a certain amount, we’d recommend using the iD Mobile app/website while logged in, that’ll give you the option to change your bill cap.

To increase your spend cap…..
Login to your account
Select ‘Bills’ at the top of the page
Scroll down to and select ‘Manage bill cap’
Change to £15 and Confirm
