International roaming to EU countries

Hi

I am also thinking of joining ID Mobile on a 12 month Sim Only contract .... does this mean that the current International & EU Roaming policy will renain unchanged for the duration of the Contract ?

... or can it be changed mid-contract ?

What does it say in the current terms & conditions?

There’s usually a clause somewhere or other allowing things to be changed mid-contract.

@Emil, from iD, has recently stated the following:

There’s been no change to our EU Roaming policy, and we don’t plan to enact any. If we do, we’ll be communicating this proactively.

@Howard Helliwell Thanks for your question. Andy is right. As I communicated on a previous customer’s post, we have no current plans to change our Roaming policy or charges. If at any point we were to make a decision to change them, we would proactively communicate this to customers.

In addition, you can find our full terms and conditions here. You will see all the information you need regarding changes to our terms and conditions or policies during your contract term in clause 19.
