I received an email from iDmobile inviting me to click on a number of star ratings, which led to opportunity to write a review, which I did. At the end of the process, I was asked to log in to Trustpilot. My question is :
Is submission of the review conditional on logging in to the review platform or not?
I have a Trustpilot account but when I log in and inspect iDmobile reviews, mine is not shown.
