iPhone 15 not ringing out or in. WhatsApp is OK. Have exhausted every suggestion after the 3G turnoff - looks like youve turned off both my phone and my husbands. Please explain.

Try going to iMessage in settings and toggle it on and off or vice Versa then turn phone off and switch it back on. Worked on my iPhone 13
