Just buy an iPhone 15 as SIM free, then you can use your existing iD SIM in your new iPhone with your £7/month iD plan, @Turtledove

The only downside is that you’ll need to pay in-full if your buy from iD Mobile - otherwise, maybe buy from Apple UK online using their 0% APR loan offer, and spread the cost over 24-months.

Many thanks. What I don’t understand as I’m not very tech savvy. I thought the I phone 14/15 didn’t have an actual SIM card. So how would I put my ID SIM card into my new phone which ever I choose. Also can I purchase a iPhone from ID as what I’m seeing they are all on a monthly charges.

Only the American and possibly other countries variant of the iPhone 15 and above have no physical SIM card slot and instead used an eSIM which are available on iD also. All UK iPhones have a SIM card slot and newer models have both eSIM and physical options. Here is the link for purchasing a SIM free phone from iD. - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/sim-free-phones

Okay @Turtledove, from iPhone XS onwards, UK spec iPhones have been dual-SIM capable and come with a physical SIM card slot and an embedded SIM (eSIM).

The iD SIM from your iPhone SE 2020 should fit into a UK spec iPhone 14 or 15.

Thanks for everyone that as replied to my question I apologise if i seem a bit dim. As I said I’m useless with anything techy. I will be looking out with a iPhone 15 with a SIM card slot. So I can just fit my existing SIM card. Many thanks to you all. 🙏
