is ID reception generally poor?

Hi,  

I live in Hoo St Werburgh, Rochester, post code is ME3 9AP, the reception here is very poor indoors and outdoors. Why's this?

Does anyone live close by any having the same issues with reception?

I was in central London a fɛw days ago around Soho Square and reception was terrible, simply couldn't have good enough reception to pay for parking on the phone. I turned the data off and on to start with, then turned the phone off completely and it wasn't resolved. I turned off the phone again a few times but didn't resolve, this is when I realised it's the network not the phone. I missed my an hour of the show trying to find reception. Is ID's reception poor generally?

Hey @Richie P,

Looking at your area, looks like all UK networks struggle in your particular postcode:

I’m surprised you had issues in London though, perhaps it was a congested day network wise?

Hey Matthew T

ID network is generally letting me down. I have the new S24 ultra so it should help with reception, but again it is very bad. Even outdoors, it is not great. I’ve had to be turning phone on and off so many times, but it simply doesn’t make any difference most of the times. I haven’t used most of the allocated data because I struggle with reception mostly in many places. Without wifi it is virtually impossible to use the networks data mostly.
