Hi. My wife’s Moto G4 PLUS phone has stopped handling voice, since the 3G switchoff. But the phone should be VOLTE capable as far as I can tell. She’s been with iD for many years, so is there any chance the SIM is not VOLTE capable and should we request a new one, before we give up and have to junk the phone?

The Moto G4 Plus doesn’t seem to be listed as supported for use with the iD 4G Calling service (VoLTE),

Oh dear, I see not. I hadn't seen the list. I can't remember what was special about the G4 Play but I know I wasn't interested. However, the Samsung A21s is in the list, which is a bit of a relief as I've bought two for my wife and myself. Time to upgrade.
