Is this a premium number

Hi Everyone.

My company like many others uses rewards gateway to offer staff discounts on shops and online purchases. I use a reloadable Tesco card which until recently they changed the number too. It went from an 0208 number to 07700164397.

Since this change i have not been able to send any messages to top up the card and I am unable to get any information on the number to advise if its premium or not.

Is anyone able to advise if that mobile number is a premium number or not?

FYI i have premium numbers blocked on my mobile so that i don't get any extra costs.

Thanks for the help.

    Hi @clubsceneuk2

As @WelshPaul mentioned, calling and messaging certain numbers are considered out-of-plan services and may incur extra charges. You can manage this by increasing or decreasing your bill cap, which will allow you to use these services as needed. You can either do so by contacting one of our customer service reps or by following the below steps:

    1. Log In: Open the iD Mobile app or log in to your account at https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login.
    2. Find Bills: Navigate to the 'Bills' section.
    3. Manage Cap: Select 'Manage bill cap' (or similar option).
    4. Adjust: Drag the slider or type in a higher amount for your cap.
    5. Save: Confirm and save the changes.

    Regards,
