Issue with connection to landlines

I am having major issues of call quality when phoning landlines. The users on the other end can't hear me properly and state my phone is constantly dropping. This is when I call any landlines number. This does not happen when I call a mobile or if a landline calls me. I have wifi calling on and this doesn't help. It's causing me major issues and I need help getting it fixed please. Thanks

Thanks for confirming @Adele88. In this instance it sounds like a more technical issue. Please contact our Live Chat team and they’ll investigate. They may need to raise a ticket to our network provider 3UK, which can take a few working days.

Okay @Adele88, have you tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as removing and reinserting your SIM, and restarting your phone?

Thanks.

Yes I have. Googled to try and find a solution, turned on wifi calling. Everything I can find. Still no luck

I have this issue too. Live chat only gives me automated response. No way of solving the issue when there's no1 to speak to so think I'm going to go with a new provider

@Rachp88

Regarding live chat, during certain hours (they give them on the live chat link) if you type talk to person this should bypass their automated chat bot.

If you’ve only just joined direct with iD you get 30 days if you change your mind. Also you can leave iD at any time, just be mindful of any early termination fees if you’re still in contract. Plus returning the phone if that's not paid off.

Or (your choice), do you want to elaborate on your issue, is your problem also only outgoing landline calls like the OP?

Hey there @Rachp88, sorry to hear that.

When you try to call landlines, what error do you get please?

If you’d like to speak to an agent on live-chat, please follow the below:

1) Type "Hi"

2) Type your issue in brief

3) Type "Speak to an agent"

4) Click on "Customer Service" from the options provided

5) Type your full name

6) Type your mobile number
