issue with re-registering - do not recieve authorisation code

I have tried multiple times to re-register an account via the new app/website but seem to be having issues with receiving an authorisation code. 

I get to the authorisation part but I never receive an authorisation code, I have tried looking at my junk/archive etc but don’t seem to be sent one?
