Issue with SMS and making some calls

I've recently joined Id mobile and ported my number over from previous network via PAC code over a week ago. When I send SMS Messages the recipients receive the text from the number I was assigned when I took out the contract, therefore, I ain't receiving a response.

I do receive messages if sent directly to my number (orginial brought over number).

I have also noticed that I can't call a number that is on a sky contract. It starts with 074 but keeps saying number is invalid. Why is this? Never had any issues with previous provider. The number is not invalid as they are able to contact me.

Please post the first five digits of the 074 number that you’re having issues calling.

I have also been unable to respond with SMS and I have unlimited texts on my plan?

How long have you had the issue for?

Yes my phone number is correct and it’s to normal numbers it just never delivers text messages

Hi WelshPaul, the number is 07459, they are with Sky mobile. If that helps

What phone (make & model) are you using with your iD SIM?

Whilst following the information provided by WelshPaul, it appears it is not SMS but the RCS Setting.

Will attempt to see if this can be resolved by following this information.
