Issues signing up to new app

Today I find that IDMobile has a new app/webpage and I need to reregister?  Anyone else seen this?

When I create a password it gives me an error saying it must not contain my name or email address, which it doesn't!

Hey there ​@somerandomname, we’ve had a new app/website for a long time now, around two years. It’s true you needed to re-register for the new app/website from the old one.

 

What is the link to the website to ensure it’s legit please?

Thanks Tyler, I only joined ID Mobile a month ago and everything was fine, but now I get this whenever I login, either from the web, or through the app that I had already installed and was working fine.

Hey there ​@somerandomname, sorry to hear that. Have you tried resetting password, to see if it lets you?

 

Does it do it via both the app and website to confirm?

Hi ​@Tyler C , yes, both web and app.  Both give the same message saying my password must not contain my name or email (which it obviously doesn’t)

Actually, don’t worry, just tried again and it now works.  thanks for your support ​@Tyler C .  Must have been a dodgy code update that got fixed maybe
