I have been with ID for over a year and everything was going smoothly up until now. For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing a lot of issues with mobile data and making phone calls or sending texts. There recently was some work going on on the radio tower nearby so it was understandable but now they have finished working on it, yet the problem still persists. Majority of the time I'm unable to even search anything online nevermind any other usage. Has anyone else been experiencing this or does anyone know what causes the issue ? (Doncaster, DN3 area)

My main issue is the Data as I am paying for unlimited package due to heavily relying on it and I would expect it to be at the very least usable for most simple things such as Google searches and not have constant issues when it works for a minute then for next 5-10 minutes it cannot load anything at all such as the above mentioned Google search.
