itemised call, text and data usage im app

Why can we not see our usage in the app? Other providers show all the calls, text and data usage within the app including the current day. Can this not be implemented??. I currently have my children with 1p mobile  and I can see what number was called or text today  and the past either daily itemised or monthly summaries, what if any charges and what data was used and if charged. This helps keep REAL time  eye on spend and how much you are over the free data.

The app provides information regarding your allowances and the remaining amount.

We will certainly take the feedback onboard and hopefully it’s something that can be implemented in the future.

On most new smartphones you can check your data usage for a specific period via the data settings.

Got a text message saying I could find my usage breakdown, but can't find it on the app!

It's it available, and if so, how do I find it?

In the app/website you should be able to download your bills, which then provide the breakdown, have you tried this?

This is the page I'm looking for, but can't no matter how hard I try!

I would like to see a breakdown of data usage(date used, and how much, same for calls and text.)

Hope I've attached the screenshot correctly.

You can manage your allowances on the main page on the iD Mobile app.

We are aware that some customers are having issues whilst it is being worked on.

If you are unable to see this it should be resolved soon.

Does this page (in the screenshot,) exist?

And if it does how do I access it?

The email features a screenshot of the old iD Mobile app, so it wouldn’t look exactly like that.

 

The allowances page is on the home screen of the app, the very first thing once logged in.

 

If you’re looking for a breakdown on the usage, please download your bills and look there.

I've had the download your bill answer a few times. What I'm looking for is to look at yesterday's data usage, or the days before.

Don't understand why people are so keen on the bill download! In fact I see no real reason for getting a bill.

The allowances are clear from my agreement with id. It costs me £10 a month, during that month I have 50gigs of data, unlimited texts, and calls.

An I being obtuse, am I failing to communicate what I'm looking for?

How do you mark a comment as most useful?

Something else that's not clear.

Hey there @Michael Duffy, I don’t believe you are able to view real-time usage via the app/website. As mentioned, your full itemised usage will show on your bills come the end of the month.

 

If you want to know how much data you used yesterday for example, you can contact our live-chat, who should be able to give you a rough estimate close to the amount you used on that day, or any day within the past 30-days, as that’s as far as we can view our end:

Other than that, and other than on your bill at the end of each month, there isn’t a way to view your daily or weekly usage on the app/website I’m afraid. We’re always looking for ways to improve and is something that has been noted that some customers would like to be able to view, so it may be possibly in the future, but right now, real-time usage isn’t available for customers to view, sorry about that.

Before joining id mobile I was with a provider that did exactly what I'm talking about.

I have screenshots from that company's app, but this only allows, one picture attachment at a time.

So, were is the id page you can see on  the screenshot attached to a previous message I sent?

In terms of the screenshot you’ve provided of another provider’s app, we don’t have anything like that at this time, sorry.
