itemized bill

How do I get an itemized bill of calls and texts to other mobile numbers since this number has been activated? It's for the police as I am prosecuting someone

Hi ​@blom47 

You will get an email with the heading of ‘Your monthly bill is ready’ informing you that your bill is available for download (with a link to your account to download it).
The first bill will be available 1 month from the date of connection and then each month on the same date.
It will detail information with regards to calls and data use.
Your iD Mobile account will not show you these details between the billing dates.

      Just to add

      Our online account or iD App only shows the bills for the last 12 months, any needed passed that time would need to be requested via Live Chat.
