Sorry it just says "free 3g". I have also tried what you suggested but unable to change the  settings manually from 3 three.

Please note, we only officially support the usage of our SIM cards in our approved handsets listed on our website, so our SIM cards may not work in any devices that aren’t handsets, or listed handsets, or may perform poorly because of this.

Therefore, is the issue with your signal on your handset device, or the router itself please?

Thanks for you reply Tyler, So if I brought a Data only sim would this work? If so do you do them at idmoble? or would a data only sim from one of your sister companies 3 mobile or Smarty work in France?

@Ivan L we don’t offer a Data Only SIM, it might be worth picking up a local French SIM for usage in France. SIMs from the UK will be subject to Fair Usage, ours is 30GB and I believe Three and Smarty are less. Thanks.

Thanks Matthew, I did ask in a French SFR network shop and they said their SIM's wouldn't work in a motorhome WiFi set up. So now I'm back in the UK I will contact my motorhome WiFi provider for help so that I'm set up for our next trip in Europe.

PS I also had the same problem in Belgium even my wife's mobile phone worked ok in both countries and she is also with idmobile.

Hi Matthew, thanks but the router I have is Falcon EVO 5G Ready Mobile Internet Solution for Motorhomes and Caravans with 1.8Gbps (5G) Router. I have written to the manufacturers Falcon and I await their reply.
