ive just received the email below..

The iD Mobile refer a friend scheme via Buyapowa has now ended on the 23rd of April 2024. Since you have signed up and registered for your reward, please remember to redeem your reward by 30th July 2024 if eligible
 
 
How do I know if I'm eligible for a reward? What do I go too?

I received the same email. I was referred by a friend and completed all the registration steps but never got sent the reward. Tried to underatand how to claim it by reading the terms and conditions linked to that email, but when you try and access the account you get stuck in a loop where all it does is re-trigger the same email again with no solution. 

 

Need ID mobile to explain how to claim the reward as its impossible.

Same here.  Got the email to confirm my refer a friend gift had been approved, with a link to claim, but it takes you to the new Aklamio site which doesn’t recognise awards from Buyapowa.

Need a link or direction on how to claim from Buyapowa.  The new email (per original poster) just sets you a deadline!!

Me too! I have gone back & checked the email. We both did everything we should but on the check status page it still says pending. It says on the FAQs ‘just chat to us’  but how?

Hi @Pws, typically you receive the vouchers 45-90 days after receiving the email. This means you should receive the vouchers automatically by the 30th July.

Thank you for your reply Lauren, although I’m not sure how I’ll meet the deadline in the email quoted at the top of this thread  saying I should redeem by the 30th July if it isn’t issued until then?
