Payed my bill yesterday and still cannot use my mobile data or make any calls.

Okay @Arran Kelly + @Keane Kilner, unfortunately it can take up to 24-hours for an overdue payment to be registered by the iD systems. Sometimes restarting your handset can help.

It might be worth speaking to iD support, via their online Live Chat service, in case something else has gone wrong. The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hi @Arran Kelly/ @Keane Kilner, if the payment has gone through successfully, it sounds like your services may need to be manually unbarred by an iD advisor if this hasn’t been processed already.
