ive payed my bill but still cant use movile data or make calls

Payed my bill yesterday and still cannot use my mobile data or make any calls.

Hi @Arran Kelly/ @Keane Kilner, if the payment has gone through successfully, it sounds like your services may need to be manually unbarred by an iD advisor if this hasn’t been processed already.

Okay @Arran Kelly + @Keane Kilner, unfortunately it can take up to 24-hours for an overdue payment to be registered by the iD systems. Sometimes restarting your handset can help.

It might be worth speaking to iD support, via their online Live Chat service, in case something else has gone wrong. The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

I have the same issue 


I’m experiencing the same problem. I paid on time when prompted just like I do every month. It’s been taken from my account but my account is still showing that there’s an outstanding payment, which there’s not. I’ve turned my phone on and off and still nothing. This has been since last Friday. Can someone please assist me.  Thank you Annette

I am also having this problem. The payment was made on Saturday and is up to date but still can’t make calls etc. Please can someone message me to fix the issue please. Thanks

Please note, than when services are suspended for a non/late payment, and then paid during suspension, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume. Usually, once paid, it only takes a few hours for services to resume, but it can take up-to 24 hours.

 

Once paid, we’d always advise restarting the phone every few hours to see if your services have resumed, and if not resumed within 24 hours, please do get in touch with us via Facebook Messenger, Twitter, live-chat or here to re-activate your services if you’ve made the payment.

Hey there @Joe Lee, as mentioned, when services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).

 

We’d always recommend restarting your phone every few hours to see if it has. If it ever takes longer than 24 hours, we’d recommend contacting our live-chat:

I can’t make any calls or text or use My data I have paid my outstanding balance and the phone is useless there is no option to speak to an agent …

I have the same problem. I have paid my bill 12 hours ago and turned my phone/internet on and off. Please can you reinstate my contract asap.
