Hi can anyone help please, I have just swapped over to iD and my phone will not make calls or receive texts. When I am looking helpful tips, It mentions about phone compatability ??????????????

I’ve never heard anything like this before. I certainly would never have swapped over if I had seen this before hand.

Is this true and if so is there a way I can cancel my deal at all or is there another way around it?

It looks like the handset you are using is not compatible with the service.

Hello, Nat,

So with that now cleared up. Is there anyway I can cancel the agreement? As stated i would never have agreed to the deal If I had known this from the start and can honestly say I have never heard of it before and I have 3 phones for my business.
