joining iD and residency requirements

I’m looking to get an iD mobile sim. I’ve justed moved from overseas to the UK. I don’t have 3 years of UK residency. Will this restrict my ability to get an iD mobile sim? (I do have 2 years residency from Mar/2019 - Jun/2021).

Hey there @James Wright, as kindly advised by @andewhite, you’d only be able to purchase a PAYG SIM card if you don’t have 3-years UK residency due to our credit checks.

Unfortunately @James Wright, iD Mobile do a credit check for phone and pay monthly SIM products, which requires 3-years of UK address history.

If you like iD Mobile, you can get a PAYG SIM product, which doesn’t require a credit check.

You could buy an iD Mobile PAYG bundle/plan, then set it to renew automatically every month.
