Joining ID mobile

Hello, I attempted to sign up to two contracts a couple of weeks ago, however one was declined. When I spoke with mobiles.co.uk, they said ID mobile limit to one contract.

They did say if I try again in the future, I should be able to sign up to another contract.

Can you confirm what I need to do please / how long I need to wait.

iD Mobile tend to limit individuals to two pay monthly accounts. How many accounts you can have is also dependent on your credit rating.

Hi there @russ4784, welcome to Community!

As @WelshPaul has kindly advised, all orders are subject to the regular credit checks and security checks. If you’ve recently ordered a contract with us, it may have failed due to ordering more than one contract in quick succession, so we’d recommend retrying again in around 60-90 days to see if you’re successful, of course if you’d like to.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hey there @Peter Shaw, all customers need to have 3-years UK residency history in order to join us, unless joining on a Pay As You Go contract.

Thanks,

Tyler
