Just switched today from Sky to ID Mobile and no calls in & out GREAT START!

Switch over perfect but unable to make and receive calls

 

Not an ideal start with ID Mobile - old sim switched off so can’t even use that

 

How long before the fix

In fairness I’ve been with them for a month now and this is the first major incident. Just saying.

Problem is very likely with Three because ID mobile uses their network.
