I've got an IDMobile SIM with my number that I've had forever on it. On a month to month SIM only deal. I've just had to take out a pay monthly plan with a supplied phone due to the old phone breaking. This new plan and phone are also with ID. Is there any simple way of getting my old number onto the new phone/plan?

Unfortunately we can’t move numbers from one active iD Mobile plan to another. If you wanted to change your plan from any existing iD Mobile plan we’d always suggest either doing a “Plan Change” or an “Upgrade”.
Is your old plan still in a contract at all?
