I’ve just bought an additional sim card plan for my son and I’ve attempted to switch his number numerous times but I keep receiving an error message indicating some of the details entered are in incorrect. I have entered the details correctly so the issue must lie at iD mobile’s end.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD onlineLive Chatservice, to speak to a customer adviser @alanjg72The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends- just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
