keep receiving error message when trying to switch number


I’ve just bought an additional sim card plan for my son and I’ve attempted to switch his number numerous times but I keep receiving an error message indicating some of the details entered are in incorrect. I have entered the details correctly so the issue must lie at iD mobile’s end.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@alanjg72   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Many thanks MZone, I have tried to reach out on chat since yesterday but they are unable to assist at the moment due to an ongoing systems issue. Very frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you didn’t manage to get this resolved.

Our systems were up and running for a short time but we are since experiencing issues again.

We would advise that you contact later today and hopefully it should be resolved.
