I’ve just bought an additional sim card plan for my son and I’ve attempted to switch his number numerous times but I keep receiving an error message indicating some of the details entered are in incorrect. I have entered the details correctly so the issue must lie at iD mobile’s end.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
