keep same number from my old network

I've put in my pac code number to keep my same number on my new phone but it hasn't brought in my old number into my new phone yet.

What date did you select as the port date? Ports don’t happen on weekends or bank holidays.

I did it on Thursday

If you requested it on Thursday after 5:30pm your number will port on Monday.

I did it in the afternoon morning round 11 am

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @Thompson Oludairo

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

What date did you select for the transfer to take place?

This would be different to the date you processed the request.
