Hi, I've recently changed to a SIM only but staying with id mobile and want to keep my old number. ?

You need to get a PAC code, then transfer away from id I’m afraid, then get PAC from new provider and

transfer back into id to retain existing no.

Hi @Cheyenne Bodie,

Welcome to the Community!

As @Geluk advised you’ll need to process a triangle port in order to keep the number.

Alternatively you can look at upgrading your old number and returning the new one.

Hello @Denise Collis

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the community.

When porting a number, you will be provided with a date for the change to take place.

If this was on a Friday, it is likely to be the following Tuesday when the port completes.

If you would like further details, our team on Live Chat can assist here

Thanks,

Nat

Hi @Elizabeth penman

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the community.

You will need to request a PAC from your previous provider.

Once you have this, you can request the number port here

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Nat
