Try online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the iD customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (their chatbot works 24/7).

I have tried the page it sends you to, but I do not have my new number. The SIM is taking longer to arrive than I thought. But thanks for your help..
