keeps telling me I have reached call limit, but I have unlimited calls

Everytime I try to make a call, it says I have reached my call limit, and I need to make a payment before I can use my phone again.

But I have unlimited calls

I tried that. It kept sending me round in circles because my query was not on their drop down list.

I found a number for complaints, and they got it sorted for me.
