LCS Texts

Hi, I keep getting texts from LCS (a debt collection company) requesting that I call them back. I've checked my ID Account and have no outstanding / unpaid bills or debts.

Is this likely spam? I've seen others claim that ID Mobile does use LCS so wanted to check what others thought? I'm reluctant to call back due to the risk it may be a scam
