Do you get a penalty for leaving this awful company 

Hey ​@martinrh28, just text INFO to 85075 from the phone with your iD SIM. 

The reply will tell if there’s an early termination fee if you give 30-days notice of cancellation.

    We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service and wish to leave?

    Can you please expand on what has been happening as we would really the opportunity to resolve this for you?

    If you are within a contract with us, cancelling the service prior to the expiry date would result in a termination fee.
