Is there a legal department 

 

I need to end my contract as ID are in breach of contract.

 

who do I contact please ?

I’d recommend the same as @WelshPaul to make a complaint.

 

What part of the contract are iD Mobile in breach of?

Hi 

 

I have followed the procedure , managed to speak with an agent , did everything they asked I.e updated to the latest IOS ,

did a sim swap with another network on same phone to check the phone.

 

checked all settings etc etc 

 

used the phone again today and guess what exactly the same drops the first long call I was on.
