The Lexus Link+ app does not work with the ID mobile network (3 network), but works fine with EE or when using wifi. Has anyone else had this problem?

The app loads, but will not connect, gives the impression that it has no internet connection. All my other apps work fine

It may be worth checking this over and feeding back to them.
