Is there a way of limiting the usage of my son’s phone? If I block the sim can I unblock it at a later stage or will this permanently block the sim?

Hi @Kelly Miller

We don’t have any ‘parental controls’ as such on our side, it may be worth checking the device it’s in or browsing if there’s any apps that have this sort of control.

Thank you Tom.

can I block and unblock the sim or will blocking permanently block it? It would be great to be able to block at night and unblock in the morning. Similar to if you lose your back date, you can block the card until you find it then unblock it again

Hi @Kelly Miller, you’ll be able to suspend/block the SIM card at any time and later reactivate this. It can take up to an hour for this to reflect each time. However, this would be the same as reporting a SIM card as lost or stolen on the app, which may blacklist the phone IMEI as well.
