links to apple codes not working

Hi I can't get the three Apple codes redeemed.

I've tried several times went on live chat which sent another link which doesn't work either.

How can I get these to work?

    It is for Apple TV and music and Arcade. I've had an Apple TV account before. The redeem code links take you to the page but it spins for ages and then says let's check your details or something like that. I've tried loads of times but it connects to nothing.
