live chat


Hi, new to id mobile as from this Thursday my old number has been transported across from O2 I can make calls but only receive from another id number as my son has just gone with id. I can't seem to talk to anyone is this because of weekend?

Hi @Leon77, if you would like to speak with the live chat team about your issue, you can do so via the below link:

If you type into the chat box ‘speak to an agent’, or select that option, you’d get put through to an advisor.

This issue can happen for a few reasons. This may need to be escalated to the technical team to see if your number is routing correctly after the number transfer. It’s also possible that your mobile number needs to be updated in the phone settings.

I want to cancel the SIM only contract I have just taken out but I don’t know how I can action this - nowhere obvious on the website and no customer service contact!  Please help!

Hello. 
I hope the phone is not broken. 
this is a new phone and the battery when fully charged, if I don’t use the phone, works less than 24h. 
it also heats up and discharges quickly when you use.

 

i have an old IPhone and 5years Huaway which doesn’t need to charge 4-5days. I use this phone often.

 

We also don’t have Curys in our  area.

What a horrible customer service you have 🙈 unbelievable!

 

It was Curry. You can collect this phone and investigate what is wrong.

I can't use the phone, it is means my contract can't be started!

I need a phone and I need service I paid for.

You are answering after sever days only with zero respect to your customers.

We are very sorry you feel this way, we would want to do all we can to resolve any issues. 

 

  • If your phone develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, contact the retailer.
  • If your phone develops an issue after 30 days but still falls within the warranty period, contact the retailer directly and they’ll advise you of repair options.
  • If your phone is out of warranty, you’ll need to pay to get it repaired, either through the Manufacturer, a Currys store, or most independent repair shops.

Good afternoon, my data consumption gone up because I'm aware from home for a while - the add ons are not good value - I'll probably need another 10-20 GB more until end of next week.

Please advise if there are other solutions, like another SIM with a short term plan.

Good afternoon to you too.

When you mention away, is that still in the UK or are you overseas. If its the latter then any add ons you purchase are only for UK use anyway.

If you’re in the UK then yes you could buy a data add on.

I have been off sick from work for a few days and have used a lot of my data I was told when I took out this plan if I run out of data I would automatically go over to unlimited as part of the agreement I signed up for as Christmas is approaching I didn't want to run out of data please confirm about the package I signed up for as I am panicking about my low data
