logging in to my account

Have had an email today saying my last bill was unpaid, despite this account on direct debit - on checking with bank this month, it has been paid.

Tried logging in to My ID account to check and unable to.

Any info?

Hello @pagan max, 

Sadly the iD systems that their customers rely on working properly aren’t.

See here and here for announcements about problems with the iD customer facing systems.

Disappointing recent track record from iD, but hopefully lessons will be learned and things will get better.

Yeah, not great customer service at the mo - especially given that everything in the iD universe has to be done online.

Exactly the same has happened to me . Received an email saying account will be suspended.  Direct debit not taken for some reason although plenty of money to pay it. Cannot get on the app.
