This may have been asked before but how do you log in to view your plan with IDI have attempted to log into the site with the URL below but every time i click on get started it try to do something then takes me straight back to the get started button and it just loops this process.I have not yet activated the phone is this why i cant fully get in yet???https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login
