Logging into ID Website to View My Plan

This may have been asked before but how do you log in to view your plan with ID

I have attempted to log into the site with the URL below but every time i click on get started it try to do 

something then takes me straight back to the get started button and it just loops this process.

I have not yet activated the phone is this why i cant fully get in yet???

Working just fine for me. Try using a different browser.

I have tried 3 different browsers all the same click on get started and put in the log in details then just takes me back here and does it every time I click on the button

I’ve tried Chrome, Safari, and Brave, and they all work fine. Unfortunately, I can’t upload screenshots on a mobile device because the option isn’t available.

Its strange i don't know its because the Sim hasn't been activated for the phone or something else just tried it on the my phone same issue just goes in a loop again and again.

Your account or plan is activated upon dispatch of SIM or eSIM. It could be due to antivirus software on your device or router. I can create a new online account and access my own online account just fine, so it’s not an outage or something similar.

Hi There so, I tried with Data and managed to get to the set up stage where it asks for your information.

Need to figure out why the router would be blocking it any idea why this would happen??

Also wont i need to activate the sim before i can full get into the account as it will send out a text message to confirm?

 

Also thank you for your help so far.

Physical SIMs are sent out pre-activated, so you just need to insert it into your phone and you’re ready to go. If you have an eSIM, install it and activate it. This will allow you to receive the OTP code required to set up your online account.

Hi there ​@Nova5110, we did have an issue with the app/website that has now been fixed. Are you still having issues today with registering?

Hi Tyler i just tried it there and unfortunately the same issue is happening for me after i put in my email and password it takes me back tk the get started page and it keeps going back there everytime i click on the get started button.

Hi Tyler unfortunately it happens with both

 

The only way it seems to work is by using mobile data and fully disconnecting from my router.

 

Below is the error message on the app when i am connected to the router

The second screen shot is using mobile data.

Hey there ​@Nova5110, sorry to hear that. So you can login using data, but you can’t login using Wi-Fi? If so, that’s odd, and you may need to check if there’s any settings on your router or with the broadband provider that may be stopping you from accessing our app/website, as there is no known issue with the app/website at the moment, and if it works using data, this indicate that it should be working for you.

 

If you try the iD Mobile website via a different device, on broadband/via your router, does the same happen?

Hi Tyler yes to confirm cant login with the Wifi but i am able to do it through the mobile data.

 

I have tried to access the site with my laptop through the router and unfortunately same error as before.

Hey there ​@Nova5110, sorry to hear that. If it’s the same on two devices via your router, I’d advise that there may be some form of setting on the router/broadband that’s interferring with our webpage/app, so it may be worth checking and playing around with your router settings or contracting your broadband provider to ask why you can’t access or login to our site. If it works via our network, then it’d indicate that the website/app is working fine (which it currently is), and that you may have to use data to access the app/website for now/in the future if needed.
