Logging onto app puts me in a queue


I've been trying to log into the app for a couple of weeks, at different times. Every time I try to log in, it's puts me in a queue. I wait for the time, then it all starts again! Please help.

Have you tried accessing your account in your web browser from https://my.idmobile.co.uk, @Vik90245

It does exactly the same thing, no matter how I try to access it.

That's disappointing. I've been trying to use it in the times it should be available. Only trying to check usage etc.

There are probably many disappointed iD customers, @Vik90245. The project to deploy a ‘new’ iD app and “My iD Account” online service appears to have been somewhat disruptive for customers.

Anyway, check your usage by calling 7777 from your iD SIM, or 0333 003 7777 from another device.
