I've been trying to log into the app for a couple of weeks, at different times. Every time I try to log in, it's puts me in a queue. I wait for the time, then it all starts again! Please help.
Have you tried accessing your account in your web browser from https://my.idmobile.co.uk,
It does exactly the same thing, no matter how I try to access it.
This article appears to suggest the ‘new’ iD app and “My iD Account” online aren’t yet robust and reliable for everyday use,

That's disappointing. I've been trying to use it in the times it should be available. Only trying to check usage etc.
There are probably many disappointed iD customers,
Anyway, check your usage by calling 7777 from your iD SIM, or 0333 003 7777 from another device.
