Loging into my account


Cannot login into my account. I did register with my temporary number then read somwhere that I should have waited until my number got switched, so now wont let me login because the records does not  recognise my switched number. I have also tried to register with another email but that did’nt work either. can anyone help?

Thanks WelshPaul all sorted now I was too impatient when the text came to say the my number is now a iD mobile number,it was as easy after.

You log in using the same credentials used to register the temporary number. When your number is ported over, the temporary number listed in your account is replaced with the ported number.
