I have been waiting 6 days for my phone to change from Vodafone to ID mobile, I think this is absolutely unacceptable & I am regretting changing over now. 
it’s caused me nothing but problems this week. 
it says that I cannot contact id mobile before 7 days, so I am guessing this happens a lot with them.
