Loss of Data


I have 10gb of data & I usually use 1- 2 go a month. My latest monthly allowance  commenced May 11th & all my data has gone on the 18th. I haven’t done anything different to normal  just general browsing. 
How could this happen?

Sorry to hear this, I could only advise what would generally take more data usage, things such as streaming videos/movies takes a lot, if you’re connected to 5G this could take more data quickly should the speeds be quicker than 4G.

 

Most devices have data trackers built in, it may be worth setting yours up and tracking there.

I did a small amount of streaming in a caravan on a Smart TV & I think it has 720p Resolution & I would say 2-3 hours. I have previously streamed with a 4K Amazon Fire stick & my data has lasted for as much as 2 weeks using daily for periods & never had an issue. I have requested proof of useage but it hasn’t come to me.
